The Situation

A toilet overflow in a multi-tenant property affected the bathroom, hallway, and master bedroom on the 2nd floor and the bathroom below it on the 1st floor.

What We Did

We removed the carpet in the master bedroom and hallway. We demoed the affected drywall and set up drying equipment. We replaced the carpet, repaired the drywall, and painted the affected areas to bring them all back to normal.
